    Upon your arrival, your Passion To India guide will be happy to welcome you and help you check in at your hotel where you can refresh and rest. A summary of your stay will be presented to you. Depending on your arrival time you can go for a walk and have a first contact with the city. Night in Bangalore.

    Day 2 : Bengaluru

    After a good breakfast, pay a visit to Bengaluru by visiting the Bull Temple, Dodda Ganapathi Temple, LalBagh Botanical Garden, Vidhan Soudha and the High Court. In the evening, stroll through the colorful streets of MG Road, Commercial Street. Night in Bangalore.

    Day 3 : Bengaluru - Hassan

    After breakfast depart from the hotel towards Hassan. Check in at the hotel. After lunch visit a local public school, interact with students and visit the bazaar. Evening relaxation at the hotel.

    Day 4 : Hassan

    BELUR : The temple of Channakeshava. Built in 1116 this building commemorates the Hoysala's victory over the Cholas. The sculptures representing dancers adorning the upper parts of the temple are of rare finesse.

    HALEBID : The Hoysaleswara Complex is a set of two amazing temples for the richness of their sculptural details dating back to 112 AD. The walls are covered with an infinite variety of representations of Hindu mythology, animals, birds and dancing figures. Yet, there are not two identical sculptures. These magnificent temples guarded by two bulls-Nandi have never been completed, despite 80 years of work. The nearby Jain Basadi are also rich in sculptural details. This site is proposed to the inventory of the UNESCO World Heritage. Then, walk in the small city of Hassan. Take the time to observe the life of the local population. Night in Hassan

    Day 5 : Hassan - Shravanabelagola - Mysore

    Today depart from the hotel to Mysore. On the way visit

    SHRAVANABELAGOLA : The monolithic statue of Gomatheeswara located in the hills of Vindyagiri. This 17 meter high statue is considered the largest monolithic stone statue in the world. The base of the statue has an inscription that is the earliest evidence of written Marathi dating back to 981 AD.

    Every twelve years, thousands of devotees gather here to perform the Mahamastakabhisheka, a spectacular ceremony in which the statue is covered with milk, cream, ghee, saffron and gold coins. Once in Mysore, check-in to the hotel and visit the monuments of the city including the huge Maharaja Palace with its exceptional treasures and ivory doors. It is decorated with stained glass windows, mirrors, pillars and presents a rich collection of objects, paintings and jewels.

    Also visit the Church of St. Philomena, a magnificent building reminiscent of medieval architecture with stained glass windows and high steeples. A walk to Chamundi Hills to discover the huge statue of the Nandi bull and the Chamundeshwari temple. Stroll the market Devraja Urs, colorful shopping street and famous perfume shops.     Day 8 : Wayanad - Guruvayoor

    Have your Breakfast and head towards Guruvayoor for a day break. Arrival at the hotel and free time. Night in Guruvayoor

    Day 9 : Guruvayoor - Cochin

    After breakfast head to Cochin. Cochin is a natural harbor created by the submerged silt banks of the Malabar coast that Vasco de Gama has placed on the world map. Visit Cochin Fort, Mattancherry Palace and the Jewish Quarter Synagogue, St. Francis Church and the seaside with these famous Chinese fishing nets. Later in the evening, you will discover Kathakali, a traditional show of Kerala, made by professional artists. Night in Cochin.

    Day 10 : Cochin - Alleppey (Houseboat)

    After breakfast, it's time to head to the "Venice of the South" - Alleppey to explore and experience the Houseboat Journey. It is an incredible experience to discover the beauty of the Kerala backwaters. On your way you will see the green fields of rice crops called paddy fields, the coconut farms.

    Your luxury boat made in the ethnic style of Kerala has a living room open to the landscape, rooms with showers and toilets and a kitchen. You will enjoy the tranquility of the inland waters. This cruise will take you through the narrow canals, skirting villages, green rice fields, coconut farms, temples, churches. You can admire the "snake boats", the coconut beer bar, the village of Kuttanad, the lifestyle of the villagers and their activities around the coconut fiber. The meals served on board will be typical dishes of Kerala. Enjoy candlelight dinner and you will be served with continental breakfast or Kerala style breakfast.     Day 11 : Alleppey - Periyar

    You will be driven to Periyar, through the tea and cardamom plantations, to reach Thekkady. It is a preserved part of dense tropical forests that cover the southwestern tip of Kerala. One can observe the wild life that flourishes around Lake Thekkady high in Western Ghats.

    It offers a unique point of view to its visitors. You can go for a boat ride and can observe wild animals. Elephants, gaurs (Indian bison), sambars, deer, leopard, black bear, langur Nilgiri, lion tailed macaque, otter, giant squirrel malabar, wild dogs, colorful birds in their natural environment and can be if you are lucky, the tiger.Night in Periyar

    Day 12 : Periyar - Madurai

    You will be taken to Madurai, the city-temple where you can visit the amazing Meenakshi Amman temple dedicated to the "wife" of the god Shiva with its huge colorful Gopuram overlooking the surrounding countryside. A splendid example of Dravidian architecture. Later visit the ThirumalaiNaik Palace - an Indo-Muslim style building famous for its domes and stucco arches. Visit the temple Tiruparankundram , visit the Gandhi Museum. Night in Madurai.

    Today, proceed to Tanjore enroute visiting Trichy - visit Amma Mandapam, Srirangam, Sri Ranganatha Swami Temple, Rock Fort, Ganesh Temple.You will discover The banks of the Cauvery River where Hindus offer their rituals to ancestors. Enjoy lunch in Trichy. Proceed to Tanjore and check in to hotel. Overnight in Tanjore

    Today, after a few hours of road travel, discover one of the most beautiful sites of South India. Mahabalipuram is known for its seven pagodas. Visit the Ganges Descent, Krishna's Butter Ball, the cave temples, the five Rathas and the famous seaside temple. After discovering this rich cultural heritage, enjoy your afternoon by the beach.     Day 18 : Mahabalipuram - Kanchipuram - Bengaluru - Chennai

    Enjoy your breakfast before heading to Kanchipuram. Kanchipuram was the historic capital of the Pallavas. Kanchipuram is also known for the quality of its locally made silk saris. Visit Sri Kamakshi Amman Temple, Ekambareshwara temple, Kailasanatha temple, and VaigundhaPerumal temples. Enjoy a delicious meal, typical of South India, at a local restaurant before discovering a silk weaving factory. You will take the road to Bengaluru. Overnight in Bengaluru.
